This role involves diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, coordinating specialist referrals, tracking treatment progress, and maintaining a safe, welcoming therapeutic environment.
Position Details:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Flexible scheduling with telehealth or in-person session options
Starting salary: $72,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnoses
Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs
Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment
Collaborate with healthcare providers for specialized care coordination
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted license (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) or BBS (APCC, AMFT, ACSW)
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
Previous psychotherapy experience
Excellent communication skills
Compassionate, empathetic approach to client care
Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Veterans and military populations
